I wasn't sure what to expect from 2 things. The ability of these nails to put "rough cut" trim on the outside of my shop and how these "aftermarket" nails work in a gun. 5 stars in both points! Not a single wrinkle and the fairing looks great. They did not part the siding an average of 3/8 to 1/2 inch in a "clapboard" style. I was told that a frame nailer would most likely split the wood that a stapler might be a better choice. I decided to give them a try (as I was going to buy a Bostich fastener anyway (I rate it 5 stars too) and I'm glad I did. " of some boards. I'm planning to strategize the project with some placed to finish screws in high stress areas.
