As a result of using these shoes, I found that they were comfortable light, and made it easier to run longer distances .The breathable material keeps your feet cool and prevents them from sweating, and the design is very attractive. The only downside i found was that they didn't have much arch support, so I had to add insoles. Overall, these shoes are excellent for running, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality sports shoe..
