The size is too small. Suitable as compression clothing.
I'm 5'6", 165 lbs and ordered a size medium. The sleeves were about 5 inches long and the center section was very tight, like a compression garment. Another short sleeve rashguard from Scuba Pro that I like, it fits loose like a regular t-shirt. This long sleeve one I ordered doesn't look like it was made out of the same material as my other rashguard.
