The ease of access for all our departments is great! The system is very user friendly, which makes it easy to learn and get things done. It's also extremely reliable, so we can rely on it to deliver exactly what we need at any given time. I wish there were more options for customizing the program. There are some features that are not as intuitive as they could be. For example, if you want to search by a date range, instead of searching by month/year, you have to select the months first. This requires extra steps, but it would make sense to add an option for this type of functionality. Also, if you have multiple users accessing the system from different locations, it would be nice to be able to set up profiles for each person. You cannot do this natively, but you can link their accounts to one profile. If you're looking to find barges quickly and easily, this is the software for you! We've been able to find The best thing about this software is that it has all the features I need for my business. It can be used for multiple purposes as well. There are some bugs which make it difficult for me to work with. However, they have been working very hard to improve the product. The price is not cheap but it is worth every penny if you want to run your business efficiently. The benefits I am getting from using this software are being able to keep track of my barges and their movements at any given point in time.
