I've been taking whey proteins occasionally for over 20 years. I've never been a huge fan of them, but they're comfortable for a variety of reasons. I saw these "vegetarian" proteins but didn't want to buy them because they weren't "real" protein powders. I gave up dairy at a time when doctors were treating digestive issues and telling me I might be lactose intolerant (which turns out I wasn't). I missed the convenience of a morning smoothie on the way to or from work and decided to give this remedy a try. I'm glad I did. I like the taste and texture of pea protein more than whey protein. While I'm not lactose intolerant, my gut definitely responds better to this stuff than whey proteins (out of 15+ brands I've tried over the years). I am a regular customer and would recommend it.
