Better Than Whey is good for sports nutrition

I've been taking whey proteins occasionally for over 20 years. I've never been a huge fan of them, but they're comfortable for a variety of reasons. I saw these "vegetarian" proteins but didn't want to buy them because they weren't "real" protein powders. Terrible pain in the stomach

Good taste and taste with almond milk. but i started to get terrible pains in my stomach. I'm actually worried that something might be causing it, I'm going to see the doctor in a week (I promise I'm not a hypochondriac). Impressed! in Sports Nutrition

My doctor didn't want me to eat as many carbohydrates for breakfast (I eat muesli every day). I also train almost every day so I need fuel and a flight attendant so I need quick and easy.
