TERRIBLE SMELL! suitable for moving blankets

I ordered them to cover my rabbit cage when it gets cold. but the second one smelled like they spilled gasoline or chemicals on it and let it dry - they smelled all over my den - they are currently hanging out and I spray them with Febreeze - TWICE hoping that will get rid of the smell. If not, I would NEVER use them around animals without knowing what chemical they were doused with - if the smell doesn't go away I'll probably throw them in the trash. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. - I will definitely make sure NOT to order from this seller again!
