I love how it shows me my competitors ratings as well as mine. It also helps with finding new products for our business so we can start reaching out more customers who haven't heard about us yet! Sometimes you have to refresh before everything comes up but overall easy to use product which makes your life easier. Nothing at this time!! We are looking forward to seeing what else they come up with in future versions!! Try them out if you want an awesome platform like no other. !! The ability to see all of the competitor's scores/reviews and compare yours against theirs has been very helpful. Being able to get feedback or suggestions from their customer service team when something isn’t working right is great too!
