This dog food bowl is everything we were looking for. Prior to ordering, we had had our 50 pound Catahoula-Lab for six months. He had issues with eating too quickly from the start. To prevent this, we served his meals in four small portions - which can feel like a lot of time when you're in the middle of something!We had heard of puzzle feeders and slow feed bowls several times, but were honestly quite skeptical. Our dog is pretty smart, and I was afraid that he would learn how to eat his meal quickly after a few weeks. Nevertheless, we decided to try it out when we found this affordable bowl!It has worked great, and saves us a good amount of time every day! The dog has had no issues getting used to it. I would absolutely recommend!
