I'm not sure there's a new formula for wipes. I bought this product for my daughter in the summer and the first pack was great. I was impressed that I bought the facial cleanser and more wipes when she ran out of the original wipes. She mentioned that the new towels burned her face, but I didn't pay much attention to her complaint. Today I made her wipe her face before we left the house. Within 10 minutes her face was red, blotchy and swollen. I immediately had her rinse her face with water, gave Benadryl and placed it on her face with an ice pack. Not sure if the wipes are new formula or if we have a bad batch.
