Super useful tool for lead tracking and prospecting efforts!

The product has everything you need to track all of your leads, prospects & their activity in one place! I love that it's customizable so we can create different views depending how detailed or broad our scope needs are (custom filters).

It would be awesome if they added more options/features - such as creating custom reports using SQL queries etc which could then also easily exported into other tools like Excel / Numbers instead just exporting CSV files only at present time? We have been able solve some problems related with data retention issues where clients didn't always update info correctly but now those details do sync up perfectly between my database system and this tool helping us save valuable admin efforts too.
