I really like how quickly my reports are generated, it's very easy for me as an accountant/bookkeeper in this position! The only thing about using kPFP was having all of their templates set up correctly when we first installed them so they could generate our quarterly Quickbooks files without any problems at launch time (we used another accounting software previously). Also getting help from Support has been great - quick response times even with early morning business hours support calls during holidays or weekends can be difficult sometimes but not here!! Reporting features have helped us greatly by providing monthly summary data which helps prepare budgets much faster than manually doing calculations each month.
