I like it! - Working GPS devices

First, I tried four different smartwatches: Garmin Instinct Solar; Koro's apex; Suunto 5; and Pace 2. The Garmin Instinct wasn't for me as it was too complex for those who just want a watch with some exercise options. The Coros Apex was ok but the altimeter wasn't affordable enough. The Suunto 5 wasn't comfortable enough for me and I couldn't even find an altimeter on it. Eventually, as Little Red Riding Hood said, Pace2 was "just right!". First, it's intuitive enough that I can adjust settings without using YouTube. Faces are easy to switch and the altimeter is always in front of me. Finally, the bike function seems fairly accurate, although my speed varies more than it should. I also use them for swimming in the pool but they seem to lose at least 25 yards every time I do 300? Another plus point of this watch is the battery life. I don't want to charge my watch at all, but these last a long time. Just using the watch for the occasional bike ride or swim in the pool seems to last more than a week. However, there is one downside that will last for a while, but not indefinitely, and that's that you forget it might need to be charged. There's still a 10% warning, but that doesn't help if you forgot your charger and aren't home. Overall, I recommend this watch to anyone who doesn't want to be super smart to use (and doesn't want to read tons of instructions) and wants an altimeter to be easily accessible. I honestly give it 4.5 stars as I'm a little frustrated by the battery and it's not 100% with some data retention, but it's still the best I've tried.
