What did I pay for? This product is a failure.

I don’t understand how you can use the device if some wires are sticking out and there is not a single link or drawing on how to connect it to power. Since we live in the 2022, the state language is 2022! Why is the whole box covered in what I think is English text?!

There is no instruction in 2022. It is not clear what kind of batteries should be for this device .
