The tea infuser is beautiful but I was confused when I opened it. At first I wasn't sure if I should remove the clear plastic sleeve surrounding the screen. It looked just like any other packaging sleeve I've seen in the past that had to be removed before use. I tried removing it and both my husband and I realized it was part of the design and not the protection of the packaging. The clue is that the only identifying mark is on this transparent frame. It wouldn't make sense if it was removed. I decided to try the colander to see if it works with the fine mesh covered with this border and if it works great. There were no warnings or documents attached to the brewer or even on the website. If we were confused, I bet there are others who are confused too. A warning would help.
