The customer service has been great! I have had several questions answered promptly by email which helps me feel more comfortable using this product for my business needs as opposed to having someone there every time we need support (which would be ideal). If they don't respond quickly enough when asking about features/support issues - then that's not really anyone else fault at all other thantheirs own because if something isn't working correctly after paying $200+ per month; surely some response should come back within 24 hours? Support costs are high compared too competitors products however benefits outweigh any problems i've experienced thus far.
