Review on 🔧 Edelbrock 1405 1406 1407 1408 1409 1410 1411 Carburetor Rebuild Kit (Excluding Float) by Andrew Roll

I didn't need a full repair kit but this kit had all the parts I wanted and everything else at a lower price than just the parts I really needed. i understand why You get what you pay for. Poor quality Chinese stuff. One of the floats was badly soldered, rusted already in the package and didn't float at all. The threads on the needle seats were so badly cut that they could not be used. The needles themselves are not the original design. They must be used with new seats and therefore cannot be used. The accelerator pump piston has the wrong hole size for the lever, the diaphragm is too small, and the spring is too big. Pretty much all I really got was some spacers and it's just cheap uncoated paper. Bought for Edelbrock 1406. Maybe some parts are better suited for other models but even then the quality is the lowest.
