I'm a little late on port swapping tools. I never knew they existed and struggled for years to fix and replace hookup wires with tiny screwdrivers, pokers, and bent paper clips. The Warmq series is a very practical set of "keys" that will satisfy almost every need. The only downside is that you have to go through a lot of different sized wrenches to find the exact fit. However, once you've done that, you can mark the sizes you use most often to make searching much faster in the future.
