I installed it on my wife's GX470. She LOVES her GX and has been wanting a little lift for a long time, but didn't want to give up air suspension and adjustable struts. I once came across a thread on the Land Cruiser forum (GX is an LC Prado outside the US) about raising the GX with spacers up front and the puck stack trick for the rear bags. These spacers worked well and added about 1.75 inches of lift. Installation was fairly easy and it was nice not having to fiddle with a spring compressor. My only complaint is that the studs are a little long - after the spacer was installed, the inner stud (closest to the engine) was inaccessible with the closed end of the box wrench. In general, woman loves her modesty. lift up. For less than $35 with a couple of spacers, a handful of washers and no suspension geometry issues, I'm happy too!
