Over the past year I have tested and experimented with about twenty different brands of electrolyte replacements. Liquid IV is one of two medications I now use daily to manage my CONTINUED MUSCLE SPASMS. If you compare the ingredients/amounts you will find that it has more of what you probably need. It also has slightly less sugar than many. (FYI, I use Ultima at night because it doesn't use sugar). I also use a small amount of liquid concentrate to increase the overall concentration in my 32-ounce blender bottle. (the current liquid concentrate, which I also use for quality and value, is called "fly"). By the way, if you have muscle cramps, try to add at least 5 tsp. 32 ounces plain white vinegar.
