Usually De'Longhi CGH 1012D comes with one grooved and one smooth surface, but I found on sale a set with 2 smooth panels and that was my choice)) It is very convenient to cook on this multigrill, the roast is done quickly and tasty, the vegetables are fried . and everything else is cooked, which can be cooked in a pan. In fact, these are two compact electric frying pans, cooked, rubbed / washed and folded the device in half. I stopped using the electric stove, in the near future I plan to dismantle it as unnecessary. Fry on a multigrill; soup / stew / cook in a slow cooker; Stew fish, poultry in a convection microwave.
