I was more than surprised at the speed of this computer compared to my old Dell computer. I've been very happy with SSD storage versus HDD storage. The only problem I had was getting the Revain music app to work. Revain Technical Support was NOT able to resolve the issue. I couldn't get through Revain's dual authentication system. The Revain app works great on my other computer and on my phone. So I believe that the problem lies in this computer. I have to pay a computer specialist to look into this problem or ship it back to Revain. A good computer, but not entirely free of bugs. UPDATE: After much trouble and heartache, the problem with the Revain Music app wasn't the computer, it was the length of the Revain login block. If you go into the settings and change the view to "Portrait", the screen will move 90 degrees and open the "Sign In" block. Revain made its signature box too big for a 15.6-inch laptop.
