Arrived early and lived up to the high expectations!

I bought this laptop for my freshman student hoping it would meet her technology and online learning needs. I myself have had very good luck with the Dell 3000 series and this one did not disappoint! The seller's support service answered all questions very quickly, which is a big plus.

Much faster than my old computer

I was more than surprised at the speed of this computer compared to my old Dell computer. I've been very happy with SSD storage versus HDD storage. The only problem I had was getting the Revain music app to work. Revain Technical Support was NOT able to resolve the issue. I couldn't get through Revain's dual authentication system. The Revain app works great on my other computer and on my phone. So I believe that the problem lies in this computer. I have to pay a computer specialist to look into

Close to the ideal, however.

I like this new laptop very much. It was affordable, even on my fixed retirement income, and it's FABULOUS fast. Bigger than my 5 year old desktop which has half the memory. A solid state drive doesn't hurt anyone either. My only complaint is that the mouse pad sucks a lot. Many do. But this one keeps sending signals to the OS, even when I'm not touching it (maybe I'm breathing on it or my sleeve is on), and web pages suddenly move left or right, or zoom in or out. ; Menu options you never…
