I've been using it for almost a year and a half now with no major issues. If you want to adjust the sound quality, you can do it with a special app. The left earpiece became stuck, discharging to zero and entering sleep mode (i.e. not responding to charging). With some "resuscitation," I was able to get over the problem; there are tutorials on YouTube for fixing this very thing. I experienced considerable fear that was thankfully unwarranted. They grip each other so tightly while running that they've never had a fall. Even in the wet, it worked wonderfully. With respect to the fact that the charge is maintained for so long, the case does not necessitate frequent charging. The ability to block out background noise was a nice bonus, but otherwise, everything was OK. I went with the red option and wasn't the least bit dissatisfied with how it looked. Generally speaking, by 2022, I would recommend upgrading to a newer model because the one you have is, according to "experts," already obsolete. Nonetheless, I won't be changing mine because they are completely happy with them.
