I need lemon zest to make recipes. I couldn't get swing effectively with the kitchen utensils I had in my kitchen. I researched the Cester for months as it was an unfamiliar tool to me other than watching chefs on TV use it in cooking and didn't know what features I needed. I chose this one mainly because of the screen protector and the positive reviews. I've only used it a couple of times so far and haven't cut it yet and I get a buzz so I consider the purchase a success. I haven't used it for cheese yet. Features I like: The size of the handle makes it easy to hold, the length makes it easy to put on the shells that have been used up until now, the shell falls out easily when tapped, it's quick and easy to clean, the protective screen snaps back into place nicely, and I like the little black end shields covering the top. So far so good. I'm so happy to finally have a Cester and glad I chose him.
