Review on 🐕 Kurgo Dog Seat Belt: Tru-Fit Enhanced Tether for Car Safety Dog Harness by Karla Harper

I was so excited when I discovered this item that I thought it would finally be the solution to my crazy dog's car antics. I have a small (12lb) dog and have previously tried various ways of keeping him in the car with limited success. My little guy moves around quite a bit and tends to latch on to other harnesses, even slightly injured his leg once and started choking on others. I was so excited to find a tether that could potentially alleviate these issues due to the swivel feature. However I was so disappointed to find that this harness is not suitable for small dogs, it is very bulky and heavy and much larger than expected both in length and thickness. I would say this is not suitable for most dogs under 20-25 pounds. Unfortunately, this is the only pet harness of this type that I've found, so I'll probably try to buy a rotating carabiner and try to make my own rotating harness. Kurgo, if you are reading this, I strongly encourage you to make additional sizes of this harness for different size dogs. If it were sized (or at least said it was made for larger dogs) it would certainly be worth the extra stars.
