Review on Traumasoft EMS by Jordan Ford

I like that this is not only an emergency medical services tracking system, but also has great features to help with billing as well! The customer service team at traumsoft was very helpful in helping me set up my account - they were friendly & knowledgeable about our product line-up!! Great Customer Service.

We are using it currently while we transition over from another provider (EMS1) into TRAUMASOFT's products. It helps us keep track of patient information during transport so when you get back home after being transported away from work or school there aren't any surprises waiting for you :) Tracking patients who have been injured/injured by others which can be costly if forgotten due insurance reimbursements etc.. This allows everyone working together within one program to stay organized throughout their shift making sure nothing gets missed along way between shifts / departments.
