Great Integration & Support Features

It is helpful to integrate our software with other products like Microsoft Dynamics 365, NPS, etc. We have been using it since 2018 and it has never let us down! The integration process between TraumaSoft EMS and the rest of our software is seamless! I would say that most of the support features are great too. The only thing I dislike about this product is that you can't see the number of tickets in progress or closed at times. I guess this helps to keep things organized as well! Overall, it's…

I like that this is not only an emergency medical services tracking system, but also has great features to help with billing as well! The customer service team at traumsoft was very helpful in helping me set up my account - they were friendly & knowledgeable about our product line-up!! Great Customer Service. We are using it currently while we transition over from another provider (EMS1) into TRAUMASOFT's products. It helps us keep track of patient information during transport so when you get
