Review on πŸ” Nikon MONARCH 7 8x30 Binocular (Black) - 7579 Model by Sean Maile

Breathtaking optics, light weight, unbelievable precision, excellent value for money.

These binoculars have stunning optics with a field of view of 435 feet at 1000 yards. This wide field of view is one of my favorite features of these binoculars. I find that a wide field of view makes photography more comfortable. That's an excellent picture. I use my binoculars for bird watching, wildlife viewing and hiking. I use them almost every day so they must be very comfortable and practical to wear. It's a pleasure to use. This is also important because I actually take them with me all the time because of this convenience - these are not binoculars, that will gather dust on the shelf that it is difficult and inconvenient to use. The general "feel" is that the binoculars are compact and lightweight, yet they feel exceptionally solid for such an incredibly accurate instrument. I wear glasses and the eye relief is good. The diopter compensation is also excellent. You can feel the quality when using the adjustment and focus rings. Smooth and precise. It may sound trivial, but I also like how Nikon designed the strap system. It takes a little time to get it right the first time, but once done it works very well. Very light to begin with and comfortable to wear thanks to the excellent strap system, these binoculars are not heavy, uncomfortable binoculars that are uncomfortable off-road (and hiking). The protective eyecups also work well and are very easy to use. Both stay attached when you remove them and are easy to reattach. Easy. Light. Practically. They focus out to 7.8ft, which is handy if you need to use them for close focus work. My needs don't require it, but for those who really need it, it's a nice feature. They are absolutely waterproof. They can actually be submerged in water to a depth of 1 meter. They are fog-free. The optics are fully coated. When it comes to optics, Nikon is known for using top-notch optics in both its cameras and binoculars. It's amazing to me that they can offer this level of quality at this price point. You can read professional reviews of the Nikon Monarch 7 series and it becomes apparent that Nikon "owns" the mid-range binoculars market. Several reviews state that Monarch binoculars are comparable to $1,000 or more binoculars. I just think few companies can compete with Nikon when it comes to world class optics. This is incredible value for money. They are nice to use. They won't be lying around at home because they're heavy, uncomfortable, and "sick" in the field. Anyhow, I hope this is helpful.
