I don't usually like golf training manuals. I've bought dozens of gizmos to improve my golf swings and most of them have been useless. This tutorial is an exception. If you're trying to use it as an overspeed training aid to increase your speed I wouldn't recommend it. This means this is not the type of tool that needs to be pumped as hard or as fast as possible. I can already exceed my speed limit, but the more important question is how much effort do I expend to get there? This tool can help you find out and check if your technique is suitable for simple speed increases. So instead of Max +110 mph I usually set the speed between 56 and 89 mph and try to spin as SLOWLY as possible to disable the device. Simple speed comes from the right technique. I've already increased my rate of turn by another +8 km/h, and because it requires less effort, I'm also much more accurate. Also, I recommend taking this to the landfill. This is a good tool for indoor use, but it can also affect your ability to hit the ball correctly. So I recommend taking it to the range or using it first and then swinging with a real stick and ball. Just swinging this tool over and over again can easily lead to other swing errors. Much luck!
