That does not work. The sensor is too short.

Ordered for 2004 Toyota Sienna. As others have said the magnetic part at the tip of the sensor is 1/8" shorter than the OEM sensor and once installed the car immediately had terrible shifting problems (didn't shift at the right time, felt a lot of slippage). The factory part became cleaned and reinstalled, car shifts fine Apparently this sensor just isn't working / misconfigured.
