NOT EXACTLY BUT FOR A SECOND!.
This was a fitting replacement for what I really needed. I accidentally threw away my fan shroud and since it was an old fan I was unable to find an exact replacement anywhere. This was a 5" and I needed a 5 7/8" but it worked fine and I was able to hang my fan again.
