I was given this rubber three years ago. by my lovely wife! The source of her guidance has been muddled up until now, when she finally explains, "I was advised." And I've been living among thorns my whole life. I intended to quickly switch my shoes into them, "merge" them, and purchase my regular spikes in the hopes that nobody would notice. To be completely forthright, I enjoyed them the moment I drove off the lot of the tire store; unlike when driving on asphalt spikes, I felt like I was driving on a summer day. Then we put the running gear to the test, not just the acoustics, and found that while it is surprisingly quiet, it performs even better on asphalt in terms of acceleration and braking. Ice is worse than snow, but both can be dealt with. I also didn't want to waste my money on subpar spikes, so I conducted my research. I haven't made up my mind yet, but I have been intentionally riding DMV2 for a few seasons now, and I plan to ride them till the very end. To be frank, I didn't see that coming.
