I love my new Geryon vacuum sealer. I've used it a few times (I'm a big sous vide user). It was very affordable and very good value for the quality of the product. It's easy to use, right out of the box and fun too. I found I look for things to seal myself I can see it being a great tool for my kitchen.The first task was to separate a family pack of chicken, put different marinades in the bags and freeze them so they are ready to use. I've seen myself with it for many years If I had to say something bad I wish it had a light ready even if it's ready right away I've kind of waited for it to heat up Great product at a great price
