Review on Eheim Thermocontrol Heater Black Wattage Fish & Aquatic Pets by Amanda Holmes

Bought 2 250w Jaggers. None lasted even a year. They have never been calibrated. My latest was this new "e" version of Thermocontrol that doesn't need to be calibrated but was packaged apart. My 36 gallons. The tank never got hot no matter how I changed the regulator on the heater thermostat from 68F to 89F. When I called 1-888-89-EHEIM I was told to email a copy of the receipt describing the problem to info@eheimsupport.com and never got a response from them. So save your money because Eheim isn't what it used to be, now they just rely on name recognition.
