This advert is misleading. You will receive 2 pieces, not one. Also, the glass is nice and heavy, but I don't see a way for the vinyl strips to actually support the glass, especially if you cut off the part for the filter and such. Disappointed but will adapt to work as I needed an upper. UPDATE 8-27-15: I had an aquarium light on this top and the top cracked in half. I'm not sure what kind of light works best for this, so you might want to double check. I used light from a 10 gallon tank.
