The sound quality of the headphones is excellent and I use them for my Zoom conferences on my MacBook and everyone can hear me well. My only advice to other users is to READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS! I didn't and I plugged the headphones into the macbook and it said they were connected but nothing came through the headphones and no one could hear me. Only when I read the instructions did the headphones have a mode button (M) between Bluetooth (BT) and a wired connection (Line-IN). When I first read it, I was amazed. Hence my request to the manufacturer to correct your operating instructions. Don't use abbreviations, write the whole word.
