Filter element trash

After 5 miles I noticed what appeared to be black spots on the pleats of the filter element. Upon closer inspection, I found that they were, in fact, HOLES! The element started to break after only 5 miles and the tiny pieces of course ended up in my engine! I took it off and went back to the stock air filter until I found a quality cleaner. THIS IS NOT QUALITY! 1998 XL1200CV&H.
