Good Customer Service And Feature-Rich Platform

I like that CommunityPass has a lot of features that are easy to use. I also like that the customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable. I dislike that the software is not very intuitive. It is easy to get lost in the system.

I would like to see more tutorials and videos that would help you navigate the system. I would recommend CommunityPass to any organization that is looking for a robust software that is easy to use. We have been able to use CommunityPass to help our organization connect with our community.
