Got this for my girlfriend for a costume. Shes petite, 5'2 around 120-125 lbs. Usually a small when it comes to tops. I heard through other reviews to select a size up. So I bought a medium for her. Turns out the Medium was ALMOST right. I had to return and buy a Large which fits perfect. So you'll definatley wanna go a size up, but to be certain I'd say go 2 sizes up to be safe. Be prepared to return and think about any time constraints if you only go one size up.
