It is too small for medium and large cats. The tray inside takes up space and my cat got out the back because she couldn't turn around. I have two cats, one is squatting and gets an entry perk and the other who is a direction writer who also gets an entry and an perk, we ended up pissing. I found out when I went to clean it and found that the urine was in the front and not dripping down. Yes. Basically my hand was covered in my cat's urine when I turned it over. Rough. No wonder why they give you a trash stick which is dumb too. This product may be suitable for young cats but they will grow sooooo much. All this tray could use some improvements. Length, depth and width should be increased by 6-8+ inches. They also mention free returns, but that's not true, so consider all factors before you buy.
