This is my second purchase of this item. I originally bought this for my daughter's facial eczema and it has worked great. I always use it when she has flare-ups (anywhere, not just her face). I would have preferred to use this as I needed to avoid using steroids. This usually goes away within a day or so. I have had dry, scaly, cracked skin on my nose and chin for many years. I have tried many creams and lotions over the years including hydrocortisone recipes with no success. One day I decided to try this cream and almost all dry skin was gone as soon as the product touched my skin. After two days my nose and chin were soft and smooth and the dry skin was gone.
