This is my 2nd sofa cover throw from "Octorose," and I am very pleased. I have a bonded leather couch which scuffs and gets small tears very easily and most often happens on the seat. Anyone who has bonded leather furniture knows how flimsy it is, and unlike leather it cannot really be repaired. I also have a small dog so this is perfect for that too. I did not want one of those covers that drapes the entire sofa so I was glad that it is sold by the piece. Yes, the style may be described as a touch matronly but it fits in well with my decor and looks nice. I occasionally washed my previous cover with a mild laundry detergent cool water, delicate cycle, low dry and it did fine. I just got a second one for a change of style. Very reasonably priced too.
