Datacolor SpyderX Pro does not start after installation. The shipping box appeared to contain all items as described. However, when a measuring device was connected to the USB port, the software did not recognize the device. Tried three different USB ports, two active devices worked correctly. That led me to believe that the computer wasn't to blame. The first device was replaced with a spare device, the second device also failed with the same result. The second device was returned with a full refund. I ordered a product of the same type from another brand, installed the software, connected the device and everything worked as expected. Now I have two calibrated digital monitors.
