My wife and I have wanted a wire rack and baking sheet for a long time, but for some reason we never bought it. We recently attended a cooking class that lit a fire to finally buy a set. The price of this set surprised us and we bought it immediately. This set is amazing. We had a baking rack, but it was large and didn't fit in the dishwasher, so we rarely used it because it was difficult to hand wash and make sure everything was off the wire. This set is the perfect size to fit in the dishwasher and fridge which is why we've used them many times, although just because we have them now we wouldn't really need their full functionality. . Excellent. Two sets give you the option of raw meat, e.g. B. fresh from the marinade or breading, on one rack to wait for cooking, while you can use the other rack for cooked meat without having to wash in between. The pans are easy to stack, so two pans take up a little more space than one. These pans and shelves have changed the way we work in the kitchen so much that we don't quite understand how we've lived without them for so long. We highly recommend them! I would like to add one clarification: I would rate the durability with 5*. Everything is made from heavy duty stainless steel so the durability is a 5/5. BUT. All made of durable stainless steel. This means that the 4 stainless steel grate legs will not scratch the baking sheet. It was a little sad to see scratches build up on the pans and ruin their bright and shiny shine, but the pans are solid stainless steel so it won't scratch the coating and the pans will retain 100% of their shiny properties. 5/5 Integrity and Utility.
