I received the item as described with fast delivery. The bracket did not sit flush with the bottom of the bumper and I did not drill any holes in the bumper. I was able to fit this to the front bumper grille on my '06 Civic LX car with some tweaking. Overall, I like this item better than the relocator bar I see here. At least in this version you can adjust the angle to how you want your plate to be. It was easy to install. It came with screws but no NUT?!?! Looking around I found some nuts for screws to screw in the license plate. All in all, it's a great thing, and as the saying goes, "Keep your car 100% road legal with an authentic JDM look."
