Review on MidWest High Walk Thru Steel Gate by Frank Alejo

I love this gate! My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. I have a 17 year old fat cat. Unfortunately, he loses his hearing and can no longer hear his own meows, causing him to meow even louder. He had a habit of sitting at the door of each bedroom and crying to be allowed in. But as soon as we let him in, he wants to leave, and it goes on like this all day (and night). He walks down the hall, even when the rooms are empty! What the hell does he want? We do not know. My sister has this gate to keep dogs out of the living room and kitchen. So I thought maybe this would work for my cat. He's old and fat, and the highest point he can jump on is a chair or the edge of a table. I doubt he could get past a 30 inch gate. Not only does my cat not try to jump over the gate, but she gives them a look, turns and walks the other way! No more sitting outside and crying all night. That's great!
