Review on KYB SM5206 - Mounting Kit by Kevin Carey

This is a great example of why reviews are the most important thing Revain does, well, that and good prices, great returns policy, and free 2-day premium shipping. I ordered KYB shock absorbers for my 2002 Ford Focus. When I removed the old shocks, the hardware that needs to be reused was welded on, so I couldn't reuse them. I've searched and searched and finally found this mounting kit. There was someone in the review with a similar focus who used them and said they fit, but Revane said they didn't. I decided to order based on the feedback and I'm glad I did. The only problem is the instructions that came with both boxes as I had to order a set for each side, there were for racks and not even the parts that were in the box! KYB needs to get better at this. As the instructions were awful I had to intuitively figure out how everything fitted, it wasn't too difficult and following the advice of a mechanic friend I installed it with no problems and what a difference!
