I am an elderly person and have never gained weight quickly. The trainer at Y said I needed to eat more, mainly to get enough protein. I'm mostly vegetarian for health reasons, so it wasn't easy. So I bought these and have used about half of them in the past few months. I gained a few pounds when in fact I lost what little I had. When looking in the mirror, there is an obvious, visible difference. So something has to work.
