New multi-level feature!

I bought it in November last year, after six months I can finally say that I am satisfied after the latest firmware and now it can do several stories! Pros: excellent suction power; impressive maneuverability; does not fall down the stairs; convenient application; long cleaning time; automatic resumption of charging after cleaning or when discharging; came with a water tank and a mop; a useful virtual wall and no wiping area; decent noise level; the ability to schedule cleaning for different rooms at different times; spot cleaning function; automatic transition to turbo mode on the carpet (you need to enable the setting); newly added multi-story map function with latest firmware update (up to 3 maps); and a very cheap price compared to some expensive brands with similar features! Cons: Didn't have a layered feature as initially advertised (this was finally fixed in the last firmware update (6 months after I bought it); the noise level isn't as bad as my Dyson Animal but I wouldn't said it is quiet (default mode), you can hear conversations, but you need to talk a little; does not automatically deviate from the carpet when mopping, you need to set the non-wiping zone (I have a feeling that if it can be turned on turbo mode on the carpet, he's supposed to spot the carpet and dodge when cleaning the floors, but I'm no engineer); he used to get caught on the U-shaped leg of a sun lounger when trying to climb over it, but he seems to be learning his lesson along the way Learning over time, he hasn't gotten stuck on it for the past few months; from time to time there was an internal error during the cleaning, it took a while but I finally got it I figured out I need to wipe the sensor and detangle the hairs on the brush so I think it was human error but I would We wanted there to be a little more information on how to fix the problem, and not just an internal error; it collects a lot of hair/wool on the carpet, but not all (I have a dog that sheds a lot every day); The mopping function is useful but not enough to remove stains from dirty water. In order for the shift function to work, you have to change the map manually. I hope they can improve this so that the robot can switch maps automatically after the first time. In general, I love my robot. Despite all of its great features, I'm willing to overlook a few flaws. Now I really just schedule it and let it do its thing, except when I need to physically take it to the next level.

Pros
  • High quality assembly
Cons
  • No instructions
